Technical and service support for electrical drives users consist mainly in the field of pre-design, design, at commissioning or operation of SIEMENS AG electrical drives.

Service support system

  • warranty and out of warranty repairing work
  • loans realized to 24/48h from notification
  • hight priority service realized to 6h from notification

System

The technical and service support system tries to provide maximum possible value of quick access to required technical information and cost minimization caused by equipment breaking down. Technical or service support is provided free of charge by phone, fax or email. It includes all the drives regardless of supplier. The integral part of technical support are also regular trainings at our training center or directly at a customer. Up to date list of courses can be sent on request.
